Elemental Inheritance Template
Notes to follow when you are making your application
Element must be available
Name cannot be silly. A pun can be excused, but "Zoosmell Pooplord" just isn't going to fly.
Race must be applicable
Mind: Human, Sheep
No young children or elders
Must be between 18 and 50, give or take depending on race.
Sex and gender must be realistic
Keep to male/female for the sex, and generally accepted terms for the gender.
If you would like clarification on what is "generally accepted", speak to someone in chat.
A picture would be lovely for the appearance section, but is not mandatory. Description is king.
Personality must be in five traits.
List and then explain how each of the traits fit.
No synonyms. You can't get away with "nice, kind, friendly"
Two strengths and three flaws are MINIMUMS.
Add as many as are applicable, but please keep a general balance between the two.
Strengths should be skills, or something they have physical prowess in that is not guaranteed by their race.
Flaws should be a mix of physical weaknesses, mental weaknesses, social weaknesses, et cetera.
List family both alive and dead, out a couple generations.
You don't need to give a whole detailed family tree and history, but we should have some idea of their setup in life.
For the backstory, realism and research are mandatory.
If the character does not or cannot fit the lore of the story they will not be accepted under any circumstances.
In the Elemental Inheritance application...
You must include enough of a family tree to prove that the character is possibly related to the Element you seek.
You must provide an explanation as to why the Element would choose your character.
All Elements will be more likely to choose someone who is a part of the group rather than someone in another area. They want the plot to work out as much as we do.
Mind prefers hosts to be as young as possible.
Mages cannot become Elementals.
Keep in mind that this form is shorter, but you should be aiming to have a lot of solid and logical explanation in it.It's easy to make a character fit the bill, but making the bill fit a character takes some doing.
"Okay!" Sarah says, now wanting later to be now to see what June could lift.
"Oh, of course, the compartment, silly me," Zoe says, doing a bit of a facepalm before checking the compartment and finding her bag. "Thanks, luv, I had forgotten that these had compartments," she says, chuckling a bit to herself.
Hugh, a bit startled by Mira's sudden apparition, turned to her swiftly, and looked at the cat-girl with wide eyes. "Ah!" Upon seeing it was her, he relaxed with a sigh, and smiled. "O-Oh, it's really nothing, I guess you had better things to do, and you wanted to clear your mind off this morning," he said softly, keeping his tune lower than usual. "... So did I."
"With you, I'm sure it's going to be interesting," Hugh replied immediately, his face getting some more color, "What is it that you want to show me?" He asked excitedly. He was sure Fionn would be fine out there, and if he needed help he would call out for it. He turned to Mira and smiled wider.
Hugh watched the event with a curious glance, before it turned into a wide eyed expression. "Woah!!" He gasped, looking around Mira's hands and even walking around her jus to know if she had hidden it somewhere, but only to find no trace of the snowball. "H-How did you do this?" He asked even more excitedly now.
"Oh, a-a dream?" Hugh quickly recalled the one he had had last night before immediately shaking the thought away. "It's so cool! How many things can you make disappear at once? Is it going inside the ring?" He immediately assaulted Mira with questions.
Hugh kept going. "It's so cool! I wonder if you can make things disappear big like... I don't know... a whole carriage or so...!" He paused for a second. "Though that wouldn't be a good idea... Mh." He said and chuckled.
"You've learned all those things in one night, if only I could have learned how to fight..." The rabbit then added, giving Mira a warm and appreciative smile.
"Theoretically, I think I can make things that big go away. Just not yet. I can only really do it with things that are small so far," the cat said, looking at the carriages. "And I'm sure you will figure that out. I just had a really good teacher."
After feeding the horses Xil throws the empty bag at the driver "There, I did your job, don't expect a tip when we get to Harknest though." He says lifting his arms and resting his hands on the back of his head as he walks away, heading back into the shelter and simply standing around inside as he looks at the others, some sleeping still and some drinking tea.
Dark moved his tea away from the fire and took a sip of it. He preferred his tea a little warm and not too hot. He wasn't used to the taste of non-sweetened tea and so when he took a sip he gagged a bit.
"I might ask Zoe," Hugh started to speak again, following Mira's gaze towards the carriage. "She's a really good fighter, and could have some tricks to teach me, even Time wise..." He said. "And about these abilities, I believe my visions are more interesting than my dreams..."
Fionn lowers his ears for a moment "He's uh.. H-he just prefers doing things his way..." He says, he quickly looks back to Ajax, his ears and tail returning to a normal position "But I'm sure equipment must be really good, you're clearly very happy about it!" He adds, wagging his tail slowly.
Sub looked outside the window. While it would be nice for him to get a breath of fresh air, he wouldn't want to go back out into the snow until the group starts leaving. So decided to stay in the shelter.
Hugh nodded in approval. "... Though I would be reassured if we were the last ones to sit. We can't get to lose people that easily, you know." The rabbit smiles to her and invited Mira to come back closer either to the carriages, or the shelter.
Raole got outside passing everyone else and taking a stroll away from the shelter, he walked around for a bit warming up before stopping and noticing Falaos leaned against a tree, Raole started walking in that direction until he was close enough to the fox.
"Hey Falaos good morning, what are you doing?" He asked.
"That is nice, I remember having alot of books I would read back where I came from. Books about adventure stories and made up stuff like that, too bad I dont have them with me anymore, otherwise it would be a nice way of distracting myself during long trips." Raole paused for a while before continuing. "What is that one about? The one you are reading now Falaos?" He asked.
Meanwhile... far off in the distance, about half a mile from the current location, a horse-drawn carriage could've been seen. Oddly enough, it wasn't approaching or moving away from the current guard post. It was instead heading southwest, which was essentially going across left, towards the Aeboran Sea. It was going pretty fast, to be honest... as the horse galloped across the field with lots of energy.
As the carriage was at the 'closest' point to the guard post, a rather odd noise could've been heard. It sounded like a flamingo's call, which ringed as the carriage continued to move. The carriage looked like it was beginning to move a bit erratically as well, as if one of the wheels were being unhinged.
"Oh... Nice, I was never a good cook honestly, so me making food will never happen, glad I will be able to rely on you for that, I bet you make some great stuff then if you are reading a cook book." Raole says as he leaned on the opposite side of the tree.
As the carriage continued making its way across, the ride seemed to have looked bumpier and bumpier over time. At one point in time, the horse was suddenly detatched from the carriage, and began running off. The carriage itself meanwhile tipped onto its side, and began sliding a bit as the flamingo call rang out again, with a bit more volume and residue to this call. The carriage soon hit a rock, and was stopped.
It was silent for a moment... before a particular pink anthro began to crawl out of the carriage. He spoke a bit out-loud as he crawled out. "No wonder these carriages are low-priced... these structures are complete garbage!" He said, as he stumbled out, a bit wobbly. However... his beak got filled, and he ducked his head back into the carriage to... throw up. "Ughh... is that supposed to be white?"
The anthro flamingo eventually got his head out of the carriage, and groaned slightly. "Of course it crashes nearby a guard post... well, can't hide all evidence. I must get the items now." He said, before looking into the carriage once more and beginning to take some valuables out of it, placing the valuables in his backpack.
(Not really, having an open window/hole in the wall would be far enough to hear a noise such as a carriage hitting a rock and crash against it. Now I assumed it was a big rock and that the carriage is really broken. For example, I think it'd be as easy to hear the crash as hearing a car honk about 100 meters (?) away.)
(For one, I doubt the shelter would have a window considering that the shelter doesn't even have a door. For two, I feel like the carriage went past the shelter and then crashed. It'd most likely be following the path somewhat, and since it was a bit of a walk from our carriages to the shelter, it'd probably be somewhat far off.
And Liam was still in the shelter as you never stated he had left. The last thing he did was see and avoid Dark and friends, who are inside the shelter, which means he would be in the shelter.)
He continued to rummage through all the items in the carriage, before eventually smiling to himself as he got back out of the carriage. "A good day for a rai-" Then he saw two figures approaching, and one of his legs approached the backpack, slowly... "Who's there?" He asked, his leg reaching all the way onto the backpack.
(The way Forge said it, the crash was at a distance. It would have sounded like a tree falling to a human who wasn't looking. Hugh would have no problem hearing it, but Liam and Red probably wouldn't know to pay attention.)
"Mira nodded affirmatively, turning to the sound and starting to run- not sprint, but run- to the direction it came from.
Mira and Hugh would arrive near the carriage rather quickly. "What's going on?" Mira asked, as she came to a stop in front of it.
"Oh, me?" June started, putting her cup down. "I was born in Seygahn. Dreadful place for a human to grow up. The racism there is unlike anything you'd ever see in Serentia. That's why we moved here when I was a little younger than you."
"It's when someone doesn't like someone else because of their race, luv," Zoe informs. "In Seygahn, a lot of the anthros are racist towards humans. And since the place is mostly comprised of anthros, humans aren't the most welcome there."
"Yes, it was. The fact that it goes both ways everywhere in the world only makes it worse. Until we can all learn to be happy with each other no matter our differences, it will never go away. Though it has gotten much better in the last thousand years or so. You can thank the dragons for that. I believe the dragon named Z'Thar lead that movement," June said.
His leg only went a bit further towards his backpack, as he saw Falaos's hand close to his sword. "Back off, pal. I see your hand reaching for that sword... and I ain't interested in more conflict than necessary." He said, as his wings were in a spread-out motion, his head pointed forward.
"Seems like there has been a wreck..." Hugh answered Mira, looking around. Falaos and Raole were here, and a strangely colorful bird was talking to the fox. "Hm?" He stepped closer, staring at Falaos' paw, close to his sword. "Erm... What's the matter?"
"The truth is, and this is a hard lesson to learn in life, but you can never make everyone happy," June said. "No matter how hard you try, you can never bring everyone together unconditionally. People are just too different from each other for that. What you have to do instead is choose a few important people, and do the best you can for them."
Fionn's ears twitch slighty as the crash was heard yet he wouldn't flinch more than that "Oh, so, well I don't really have any money right now so I don't think I could get any myself right now, but if I had I'd definetly buy one! They sound really useful!" He says cheerfully.
"Well, you seem like a nice kid. Here, take this if you want," Ajax said, taking a pin off of his jacket and holding it out to Fionn.
"For example, think about the meanest person you know," June said. "You may want to become friends with them, and you may want them to stop being mean, but if you ever looked at the world from their point of view, you'd probably see that their idea of happiness is far different from what you think happiness is. Now imagine trying to make the world perfect for the both of you. It just wouldn't be possible."
The flamingo slowly stopped reaching for his backpack as well, and simply kept his leg folded as if he was standing like a standard flamingo. "Good, good... if you really want to know, the name's Mango. Do you know which guard post we're currently nearby?" He asked, as he was trying to play it normally.
"It's a pin for your vest like that corsage you've got," Ajax responded. "We give out a lot, but usually only in crowds. That one's made out of silver too, so it's limited edition. Wear it with pride."
(No more reply energy. That's all you get. Good night.)
Mango nodded some, as he proceeded to stretch a bit. "Yeah, that's what I thought I was at... which means I have to go in that direction." He said, as he pointed towards the direction that was generally towards Harknest. "Got some stuff to sell... a bird's gotta eat."
Momo looked at Red, and sighed. She remained silent for a short while, then she spoke. "... Let's go to the shelter. Yumo may want to see you," she said with a small smile, after walking to the shelter.
Mango saw Hugh and Mira approaching, and decided to look around a bit. "Looks like more company is arriving... at least I know where to go from here, in case things go wrong." He said, before noticing Mira being a girl. Being Mango, he decided to comb his hair back with the talons of his foot as they approached.
Hugh waved politely. "Hello! Where are you from, Mister Mango?" He asked, having seen quite an amount of these birds, with the same kind of beak and feathers, traveling through the plains when the rabbit was younger.
Zoe takes a sip of her tea, testing the heat. Her mouth burnt a bit from the tea. She silently told Sarah to take her tea off the fire but wait before drinking as it was hot.
"Yeah, it probably would," Dark says, combing through his hair with his fingers. He grabs the end of his bangs and holds them out as if measuring them. "I don't even know why I let it get this bad. Usually, I'd cut it by now."
Mango proceeded to stretch some, for some reason... the stretch being emphasized on his chest. "I'm just from the South... I was riding this here carriage, and now it's broken." He said, as he continued stretching a bit more before looking towards the sea. "Do any of you know if there's any storms going through the Aeboran Sea, soon enough?" He asked.
(Not like it being feathers and not hair would make a difference. It'd still probably hurt to comb with your talons and would probably tear up your feathers.)
"You can always get it cut when next we stay in a town, luv," Zoe says. She pushes Sarah's hands that had been approaching her lips with her cup down, keeping her from drinking her tea. "Luv, you'll burn your tongue," she whispers to Sarah.
"Yeahh," Dark says. "Or I could cut it now..." he said to himself, though still audible to anyone near him.
Hugh nodded negatively. "Not at this precise moment, I am afraid..." He said, giving Mira a glance that was supposed to mean "let's not reveal who we are", before looking at the flamingo again. "Though we have... heard some people having troubles going through it," the rabbit added.
Fionn walks back to the shelter, he'd simply stand around inside waiting for someone to call him over or tell him its time to leave.
XIl glares at the carriage drivers for a moment as they enter, he then does a motion as if saying "whatever" before sitting down far from the others and seemingly starts drawing on the dirt with his finger as if he was making some sort of plan.
Mango made a grunt to himself as he heard this, with a sigh of disappointment. "Of course there's going to be a storm there... I'm going to need to find another way." He said, as he looked around slowly. His backpack jingled with every step, there was a lot of stuff in there.
Mango chuckled a bit as he heard this. "It's not like I wanted some guards inspecting me anyways! However, I am flattered that some people want to inspect me..." He said, as he flexed his chest slightly. Then, he thought for a moment. "Say, actually... do you think I could tag along? Just until the next guard post..." He asked.
"That's what a guy in Ironberg said when he got an apology from a psychopath. Next thing he knew, he got stabbed...." Sub thought-talked to Momo as he looked out of the window to see if the snow had stopped falling.
Hugh's ear twitched backwards as he heard Mango. He had a serious look on his face when he turned his head on the side. "I'm sorry, our carriage is full!" He said out loud, "I think you will either have to find an available spot in our carriage, or wait for the next group of people to come by."
Xil would have drawn a very crude and rough map as he tries to think of a way he could possible take the group from Harknest to Hideston although it'd be really difficult to tell what his scribbles are without knowing exactly what they are supposed to represent, his ear would twitch slightly as he hears someone walking in his direction though he'd continue looking at his scribbles on the floor thoughtfully.
Fionn stands around by the entrace of the shelter as he quiletly observes the others, he'd stare at Dark for a moment as he lowers his ears and places his paw on the pin he recieved from Ajax.
Mango thought for a moment... before speaking once more. "Trust me, I won't be a problem! I could easily walk right next to you guys, I have the strength!" He said, as his chest twitched slightly to show how capable he was. "If you let me come along, I'll pay you a bit!" He said, in one last line of attempted persuasion.
(Mango wanting to come with the group makes little to no sense. He wanted to go across the Aeboran Sea (Thanks Rak for reminding me of that point), and now wants to come with us North? Why? That'd just make his travels longer. And it's not like he's doing this cause he likes us. I mean, he literally just met us. And it's not like he wants to come with us in a carriage to rest up and shiz, as he stated he would walk beside the carriage.
This all just seems like BS plot convenience to get Mango to join the group.)
"Uhh" Xil says as he turns around halfway, he'd look at June for a moment before getting up, stepping on his scribbles on the floor which would erase them, "Well I don't mind being alone but if it makes you feel better I could join, I guess I could use a drink anyways." he says dusts off his hands and gets ready to follow June back to the group.
(I suppose I'll draw it out like that, then. Oh, and he's not crossing the Aeboran Sea because of storms.)
Mango wanted to possibly steal from them while they weren't looking, but he wanted to play it cool. When Mira suddenly snapped, he tilted his head some. "Woah, woah... chill out, tiger. I just wanted to walk along, no real harm done." He remarked.
(Considering there are always storms on the Aeboran Sea, I don't see why that would stop him. It's a sea for goodness sakes. Seas will always have storms. That's dumb reasoning to not travel on it. Just because there are storms on a sea doesn't mean said storms will hit you. Seas are fucking huge. A storm in one area isn't guaranteed to hit you if you're in another.
And your thing of "Mango wanted to possibly steal from them while they weren't looking blahblahblah" isn't very well thought out, especially considering he'd barely know that the group was loaded considering only four of them are there. That reasoning could pretty much apply to any random pedestrian he sees. It's not like he could even pickpocket said four, considering his hands aren't very good for that and the fact he has a backpack on that'd shuffle with his movements.
This all still seems like plot convenience. I feel like you didn't think this through to well.)
(But the question is where is he heading? I mean, if he is heading to Harknest then there really is no reason for him to even think of crossing the Arborean sea, he'd have to be heading to Skremas, Macaria or Port Eerly if he wishes to cross at this point on his trip, as well as the fact that i doubt there'd be a port nearby the post, the closest port would most likely be the one back at Vile Root, there could be one near to Fael although Fael is a small town, if it had a port it would probably be really really small and hardly even considered in commerce routes.)
(Idk, what do you expect? Him to fly away and boom, his part in the RP is over? Either he follows them because he wants to steal from them, or he follows them so he lays low. He wouldn't join them purely for an adventure, or anything like that)
(Something that's actually thought out well. You can't just have a character join for a reason but never have that reason show. Like, seriously, he's gonna rob them, but he doesn't even know if it's worth his time to rob them.
Take some examples of other characters reasons for joining. Zoe and Sarah joined because Zoe had to deliver a message to Dark and then head back to Harknest, and since the group was heading toward Harknest, Dark offered her a spot. Lynet joined because he met the group at a tea shop, talked with them, came with them to a library, stabbed Fionn and then apologized for it. Raole joined because he was friends with Max in the past and Max asked him to come along.
If we're going off of this reasoning for him joining the group, then Mango joined because he felt like robbing random people who he has no idea of telling how much said people own and therefore not knowing if said robbing would be worth his time in the end. Basically, him wanting to do something for little to no reason whatsoever. Plot convenience.
You're reasoning for him not doing things isn't very well thought out as well, as I've already pointed out. Why would he suddenly decide not to travel on the sea despite needing to go somewhere connected to said sea just because there are storms brewing on said sea which have always been there in the first place? Oh, oh, I know! Plot convenience.)
(Forget it, then. Mango realizes that he needs to go to Harknest to trade with someone. He cannot simply fly there because the guards still spot him. He wouldn't cross the Aeboran Sea because of the storms and the pointlessness of doing so. He's not going to try robbing the others at all, because he isn't a dumbass like that. Which, in all terms, means he needs to follow the group. Whether it's being in the carriages, or walking beside them.)
(I mean, if he's trying to avoid being spotted by the guards in Harknest, then going in through the front gate isn't a good idea either.
But whatever. You're obviously scraping the bottom of the barrel now, so I'll leave it be...
Also, I doubt he'd be able to walk alongside the carriages since they're horse-drawn and are supposed to be a faster mode of travel over walking, but again, whatever, he's gonna be in them anyway, cause plot convenience.)
(...What do you want from me, man? What could I possibly do, then? Have him attack right now? Go to a post nearby Harknest? Oh, I got it. He can now magically summon a horse named Dusty, and he can turn invisible too. Look, if this isn't going to work out, then what's the best solution? What do you want Mango to do? What do you want me to do?)
(If you hadn't noticed, I said whatever, meaning I don't care anymore. I'm not the one in charge here, that's Jaz. I can't tell you what you can and can't do in the RP cause that's not my job. I can tell you some things you can and can't do, like summon invisible horses, but stuff like this I can't.
I'm just here to give you advice on your RPing skill so that you can work toward improving it in the future as well and to help you improve Mango's intro so that it makes sense and isn't full of plot convenience.
For instance, instead of completely changing your plan when I stated that there was no way for Mango to know that the group was loaded based on the members that came to him, you could've had him simply follow the group back to the shelter and there he would learn that there are a lot of group members.
You have to actually think about these kinds of things.
(Technically, there wasn't a reason for him to go through the Arborean sea either... He could just have been curious. And plot convenient things have been happening since the beginning of the roleplay. Thinking about the dark clouds appearing when we were in Hideston, and other examples I'm sure.
Now, am I the only one feeling the tension between AYFFR and Forge? You could discuss about that on either of your walls or even on Jaz's, for clarity of speech. Also I'm scared now .//////. )
Hugh almost jumped on the side as Mira turned next to him and shouted, sneding the rabbit to the sentiment he had made the mistake to say that to the flamingo.
(I suppose that's the best option I have for now, then. He'd have some 'business' to do down at that port, like selling the stolen goods and such. I'll find a good reason for Mango to stay, soon enough.)
Mango held his hands up slightly. "Trust me, all I want to do is tag along until we make it to let's say... Fael. From there, I'll just go East towards Port Eerly. You guys are going to head up further north than that, am I correct?" He asked, as he kept this hands-up stance that clearly showed off his chest.
Xil follows June and sits next to her, now in the small group of humans, "Uhh... So..." He says sort of awkwardly as he crosses his arms, thinking several not-very-nice thoughts in the privacy of his head.
Sarah and Zoe were sipping their teas when Xil had arrived, the tea now being cool enough to not risk tongue burning. Dark had finished off his tea moments before, the cup now lying in front of him. "Elllllloooooo Mister Big Kitty!" Sarah greets enthusiastically upon seeing the tiger sit with the group.
Xil stares at Sarah with a not-so-happy expression "Listen, 'little girl', Im not a 'kitty' im a Tiger, and im not a cub, Im an adult, you'd do well to remember that, 'little girl'." He answers back proudly, lifting his chin and puffing his chest a bit as he looks away from Sarah.
Sarah looked a bit down after Xil's comment, though after Zoe had petted her head, which was essentially her way of telling the girl that she shouldn't be upset, she was almost back to her old self, cheerily smiling at Zoe.
"Aww, did the little eight-year-old girl offend the Big Kitty?" Zoe says in a slightly demeaning tone. "Nothing wrong with having a nickname, luv. Don't have to get your knickers in a twist over it."
Xil growls lightly at the group "As if you'd even know what these kind of things mean to us, you're all just stupid humans who think they can just call anyone whatever they please." He says getting up and walking away angrily, returning to the corner he was previously at.
(said the one who calls Mira "kitten" #XilIsATotalHipocrit
Lol but seriously I'd sort of see it meaning different things when anthros say it than when humans do, It'd seem to me like when anthro's say it its an endearing term to call someone cute but due to anthro-human history, when a human says it it would be something more like a derogatory term to reffer to them as lesser than humans, or pets in a way i suppse, thats how xil see's it at least.)
"Yes, luv, he is," Zoe says, watching Xil as he headed back to his corner. She then looked down at Sarah. "Good job," she whispered to her, giving her a wink before looking back at the other group members.
Mango did a slight wave-off as they walked away from him. "Alright, I don't need your carriages anyways! I'll just be on my way towards the next guard post..." He said, as he began to walk off. Quite obviously, the carriages will catch up with him. "Soon enough... I'll be off to selling these goods to that one guy in Port Eerly." He muttered to himself.
Hugh glanced one last time at Mango, quite a bit sorry of how the events went the way to his disfavor. He followed Mira and carefully put a paw on her shoulder. "Mira... C-calm down, we will just go sit in the carriage now, alright? Everyone should be getting ready anyway..." He let out with a soft voice, trying to calm the cat anthro down a bit.
Fionn takes a deep breath as he looks at Dark, he starts walking towards him clearly nervously with his ears down and his tail between his legs, as he stands close to Dark he begins to speak, (sort of) "E-excuse me mister Harss?.."
Fionn stares at dark with a blank expression, he simply places his paw on darks face, grasps it thigtly and rips it off, throwing it at the ceiling. "There you go your freaking ceiling".
"Oh, um, sorry if I'm interrupting, um.. I just um, I just wanted to apologize about earlier... I mean, I didn't mean to be rude, I uh, well, Yes I can't say I was comfortable with those questions but y-you seemed kind of sad when you left... I'm.. I'm sorry.." Fionn says clearly stressed by this as he bows at Dark, remaining like so until Dark answers back to him.
"Oh, it's fine. It was more the bigger wolf's fault that I left looking like that," Dark says. "Next time, just tell me if I'm asking a bit too much. And just call me Dark, no need to call me Mister or anything."
Fionn stands up straight again, smiling gently at Dark, "Right, thank you, I'll make sure to let you know.. Dark" He nods as he says Dark's name "I um, sorry for interrupting again, I'll leave you guys to finish enjoying your drinks." He says as he gets ready to turn around and walk away.
"Allright!" Fionn says as he sits down next to Sarah smiling back at her as he does (if there's space next to sarah I mean), "Uhm, may I ask why you say that miss...?" He says as he looks at June, evidently asking for her name at the same time as he pauses after saying 'miss'.
(sorry I took long to reply, I kinda fell asleep, I was out all morning and I guess that just took a lot of energy out of me.)
"Oh?" Fionn says Tilting his head slightly as he looks over to Xil, he shortly turns back to June, "Ah, My name is Aodhfionn Firth Wolffe, but you may call me Fionn for short if you prefer!" He says happily, turning to Sarah a bit as she drops her cup into her lap and chuckling gently "Need some help with that?" He asks.
Xil looks over to the group as they talk almost as if he knew they were talking about him, throwing daggers at them with his glances for a moment before getting up and heading outside, standing next to his carriage as if waiting and rushing everyone to just go already.
"Oh you're good! I bet you could balance anything on your head" Fionn says humoring Sarah and smiling back at her, "Is something wrong mi- I mean, Dark?" He says as he notices him having issues with his hair.
Sarah went wide eyed and smiled at Fionn's statement, then started talking to Zoe about getting permission to try and balance different things on her head, most being shot down due to them being dangerous.
"I'm fine, just trying to get the hair out of my face," Dark says. "It doesn't like to cooperate."
"Why not cut it then?" He says back to Dark, he then looks at Sarah, if the cup was still on her head he'd take it off and place his hand "There, you're balancing my hand, that means you're balancing me now, see? You're incredible!" He says beaming a smile at Sarah.
"Huuhhh!!!!" Sarah says at this realization. She turns to Zoe. "Seeeeeeee?! If I can balance Fionny then I can balance a sword!" Sarah says to her sister. Zoe would stare at Fionn, doing a thing that would insinuate telling him to please stop (What Weiss is doing in this gif (Weiss is the one in white))
Dark waits for the situation to end before continuing his talk with Fionn.
"Umm Uhh" Fionn looks nervously at Zoe for a moment "Well, I mean, balancing me and a cup is different because swords are sharp and very very dangerous and you could cut yourself, or maybe you could even cut your hair accidentally and we wouldn't want that now, would we?" he says patting her head lightly "Your hair is too nice!" He reassures her trying to make her think it over.
Hugh kept walking until the carriages, and upon noticing no one was on there yet, he ran to the entrance of the shelter rather annoyed. He frowned and called everyone who was still inside, Wisp being the closest. "Hey! We are going to go in ten minutes, everyone! What are you all still doing sitting here??" He said out rather loud, before exiting again.
"Yeah, come on Sarah," Zoe says, standing up and grabbing the little girl's hand. Sarah soon followed suit, still thinking things over. The Acker sisters already had their stuff with them, so they didn't have to go looking for anything. Zoe put the cups back into her bag and picked it up, throwing it over her shoulder.
Dark, who still had some stuff back at his bed, went back to his bed to grab them. Once there, he grabbed his things and then looked around the shelter. He saw Momo and walked over to her, thinking that it'd be good for them both to walk to the carriage together since they were in the same carriage. As he got closer to her he'd say, "Hey Momo."
"Right!" Fionn yells out as he gets up, "I'll see you all later!" He says to the group as they scatter, he then quickly follows behind Hugh, not having many belongings making it easy to just leave the shelter without worries, "Hugh wait up!" he says as he tries to catch up with him.
"Hey Hugh! Um, sorry for taking so long, they were just chatting and well, I just kind of lost track of time.." Fionn says as he catches up to Hugh, he takes a look at the carriage, looking over at Mira who stands by it and Wisp who discreatly climbs inside, Fionn would frown slightly "Ah, I'm sorry, did I keep you guys waiting?" He asks Hugh with a somewhat worried expression.
Xil looks at Mira, he'd let out a whistle to try and catch her attention, if Mira turned he'd smile at her and wink, his own way of giving a friendly salute before embarking on another carriage ride.
Mira did look up at Xil, and couldn't help but let her scowl turn into a smile when she saw him.
June gathered her things together neatly, then walked out to her carriage.
Those who had not yet made their ways to the carriages did so.
The Carriage drivers watched as the large group left the shelter and got settled. "Can't dock marks for speed though," one said, slightly impressed. It wasn't often that they got a group this big who was this intent on being on time.
Hugh chuckled and held a paw in front of him. He spoke with a rassurons tune: "Hey, don't you start worry on about it, Mira and I were... erm... busy as well." He said to the wolf, before stepping towards the carriage again.
"Oh, I see, I'm just glad I didn't cause you guys any Inconvinience." Fionn adds with a more relieved tone as he continues walking towards the carriage along with Hugh.
Xil would seem rather happy that Mira turned to him, he'd tilt his head towards the carriage gesturing that he's climbing inside the carriage, he gives her a small salute with one hand as the other holds on to the carriage, he then continues to climb inside, his tail swinging merrily as he does.
"I actually was only upset about the fact of being late, not really just you. But watching everyone move so quickly after I told them warms my heart." The rabbit said softly, getting closer to Mira. He gave her a smile, noticing she might have gotten in a better mood already. "And you are clearly not causing inconvenience." Hugh then added with a wink adressed to the wolf.
Seeing everyone leaving the shelter, Sub decided to get up from his bed and reluctantly headed out back into the snow. Once outside the shelter, he jogged towards his carriage, although he realized it wouldn't make much of a difference due to the fact that the carriage had no roof.
Dark walked alongside Momo. When the two would get near the 'door', Dark would pretend to open it despite it not actually existing, harking back to the day before when the two had been opening doors for each other and making a big deal about it. "After you," he says, smiling.
